1. Service Agreement

• All services provided by KPTSC are subject to a written work order detailing scope, pricing, and timelines.

• Verbal agreements must be confirmed via email or official documentation to be valid.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

• A 50% deposit may be required before work commences (for large projects).

• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payments.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a 30% fee.

• Emergency call-outs canceled after dispatch will be charged a minimum 1-hour labor fee.

4. Warranties

• 90-day workmanship warranty on all repairs (excludes consumables like filters/pipes).

• Manufacturer warranties apply to parts/equipment (varies by supplier).

• Warranty voids if:

  • Unauthorized third parties modify our work

  • Proper maintenance schedules aren’t followed

5. Liability

• KPTSC carries AED 2 million liability insurance for accidental damages.

• Not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during service.

• Clients must disclose:

  • Asbestos/mold presence

  • Hidden electrical/plumbing layouts

6. Safety & Access

• Clients must provide safe working conditions (electricity/water access, clear workspaces).

• Children/pets must be restricted from active work zones.

7. Complaints

• Issues must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion.

• We guarantee 48-hour response to all formal complaints.

8. Website Use

• All website content (logos, text, images) is copyrighted property of KPTSC.

• Third-party links are provided for convenience; we don’t endorse external content.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by UAE/Dubai laws. Any disputes fall under Dubai Courts’ jurisdiction.
